Kathryn O'Connell

Brought up in Springfield, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, Kathy O'Connell began to work at Philadelphia Electric Company (PECO) right out of High School. In the 25 years she worked there, Kathy rose through the ranks to become a Project Manager for Customer Service and Accounts, and for Legacy Solutions. When the 7 regional Call Centers were merged into 2 large organizations, Kathy headed the Transition Team. After PECO's purchase by the Exelon Corporation, she decided to look for new challenges and accepted the position of Administrator for the Silvan S. Tomkins Institute. Beneath her calm exterior lies a rabid fan of the Philadelphia Flyers Hockey franchise. Summers find her on the beach at Lewes, Delaware, reading the collected works of Silvan Tomkins while listening to Classic Rock.
