Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds on Purchased Items
The Tomkins Institute provides full replacement on any purchased item that is defective. However, we provide many archived recordings of lectures in both video and audio which were not captured with state of the art recording and which have some glitches to audio or video. The information provided in these recordings is quite valuable despite these occasional issues, therefore we have chosen to make them available as long as the majority of the lecture is clearly audible. All audio/video recordings are provided "AS IS."
If you feel you have received a defective product please contact us at
info@tomkins.org . We will do everything we can to provide you with a good copy of the resource and refund your fees for damaged or defective product if a replacement cannot be provided.
Cancellations of Registration Fees
Conferences and lectures once scheduled will be published on
www.tomkins.org along with deadlines for registration and payment of fees. In those instructions you will also find information about cancellation refunds and the dates for various levels of refunds. In most cases, registration fees will be forfeited once the event has begun and in some cases no refunds will be given once a deadline has been reached. Check the refund information on the particular seminar or event before registering to be sure you know how that event handles cancellation.
